Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Secure information by completing database backups.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Keeping information confidential.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Maybe requested to work overtime or during weekends and holidays, as required.
Facilitate providing required information to the team or the beneficiaries.
Filing of documents, maintenance of the database, and creation of reports according to the program manager's instructions.
College degree or equivalent.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
