تلتزم منظمة "أيادي الرحمة" بتمكين النساء في جميع أنحاء العراق. وتشمل جهودنا طيفًا واسعًا من المبادرات، بدءًا من توسيع الوصول إلى التعليم والرعاية الصحية ذات الجودة، وصولًا إلى تعزيز دور النساء في جهود بناء السلام.
نركّز على إزالة الحواجز التي تعيق مشاركة النساء الكاملة في المجتمع، بما في ذلك معالجة الأسباب الجذرية لزواج القاصرات، وتوفير الفرص التي تستحقها الفتيات لينموا ويزدهرن.
من خلال وضع النساء والفتيات في صميم كل ما نقوم به، نسعى إلى بناء مستقبل تتمكن فيه كل امرأة من أن تعيش بكرامة، وأمان، وأمل.
المبادرات المجتمعية
Women are at the heart of our community work and are present at every stage of our projects. Women's voices guide our programs, ensuring that our initiatives are rooted in the needs and strengths of the community.
We are committed to ending violence against women and girls. That's why we're improving referral pathways for shelters, holding awareness raising sessions with community leaders and training front-line workers on prevention and response.

The key to achieving equality is education. That's why we support school-aged girls in accessing and finishing school across Iraq.

Vocational and skills-based training can lift women out of poverty and help them provide for their families and communities. We have been delivering ICT training, coding skills, sewing, handicraft training and more to women across Iraq.

We work with women to strengthen their resilience to the impacts of climate change and resource scarcity and to find sustainable farming solutions.
We're committed to realising the UN's Sustainable Development Goal of ending child marriage by 2030. We advocate for an end to child marriage in Iraq, through awareness raising, dialogues with community leaders and more.
