As of the beginning of this month, May 2020, Mercy Hands' workplaces (offices, warehouses, centers, etc.) started to follow new set of guidelines developed by the Board of Directors for a safe workplace amid COVID-19 pandemic.
If the Guidelines are followed, the possibility of infection within the workplaces will be largely decreased. Directors and project managers will ensure that all staff under their direction have a copy and set aside time to discuss what actions need to be taken within their respective teams to ensure compliance.
