Board members will be reimbursed for their service expenses - according to Mercy Hands' Remuneration Policy.
Responsibilities

Actively participate in all Board meetings;

Serve in Board's committees as needed;

Work with the other Board members to review the organization's policies and SOPs;

Review the organization's audit and annual activities report

Actively monitoring the organization’s performance towards goals;

Recruit and supervise members of the Executive Administration, including the Executive Director;
-
Represent the organization and contribute to its fundraising effort.
Qualifications
-
Iraqi nationality and lives in Iraq.
-
College degree.
-
Previous nonprofit board experience preferred.
-
Philanthropy/Fundraising/Special Events skills.
