Tender Title: Provision of Rehabilitation Materials, PPE and Safety Equipment for Cash for Work (CfW) rehabilitation activities

 

Mercy Hands for Humanitarian Aid (MH) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-political organization founded in 2004. MH works to save lives, sustain human rights and restore healthy communities.

For the project “Sustainable Livelihoods & Economic Recovery in Shirqat, Salah Al-Din”, in partnership with UNDP, MH invites all qualified and specialized contractors to participate in the tender for “Provision of Rehabilitation Materials, PPE and Safety Equipment for Cash for Work (CfW) rehabilitation activities.”

 

Tender Release Date: 6th May 2021 at 08:00 AM

Tender Closure Date: 24th May 2021 at 15:00 PM

 

All tenders must be received by the above deadline or they will be rejected.

This tender package includes the following documents to be completed, signed and stamped before submission (scroll down for the documents):

• Annex 1:  Request for Proposals

• Annex 2: Financial Guarantee Letter

• Annex 3: MH Code of Conduct (CoC)

• Annex 4:  Bill of Quantity (BoQ)

 

The technical and financial offers must be separate (not mixed), each should be placed in its own sealed and stamped envelope. These envelopes should then be placed in another sealed and stamped envelope or package and marked with the tender reference number and title, as well as the company’s name and details. They should be hand-delivered to Mercy Hands office at:

Participation

 

Participation in this tender is open only to Suppliers and Companies – participating either individually or in a group (consortium) – which are officially registered in Federal Iraq.
